Take I-94/96 to I-75 North toward Flint.
Continue north to Exit #55 (Caniff/Holbrook).
Exit here and continue going straight along side the freeway until you come to Caniff.
(There is be a Mobile gas station on your right side)
Turn right here.
Continue on Caniff until you come to Jos. Campau.
(There will be a Chinese restaurant to your right and a bank across the street)
Turn left here.
The first traffic light you come to on Jos. Campau will be Casmere.
(There will be a Little Caesers and a Dodge Dealership on your right)
Turn right here.
The first street you come to is Mitchell.
The Zen Center is on the south-east corner of this intersection.
If you turn right onto Mitchell, there is usually parking along this street.

From I-75 North or I-696

Take I-696 to I-75 South toward Detroit.
Continue south to Exit #55 (Caniff/Holbrook).
Exit here and immediately turn left onto Caniff.
Continue on Caniff until you come to Jos. Campau.
(There will be a Chinese restaurant to your right and a bank across the street)
Turn left here.
The first traffic light you come to on Jos. Campau will be Casmere.

Turn right here.
The first street you come to is Mitchell.
