Yoga balances the body, mind, and breath. The style taught at the Zen Center is Eischens Yoga, developed by the late Roger Eischens. It emphasizes the power and restoring abilities of aligned movement. In addition to public classes, we also host private session with certified teaches. These private therapeutic sessions truly benefit those with chronic or acute issues, and help Zen & Yoga students alike access clearer energy & posture. Roger, a disciple of B.K.S. Iyengar, was a true yoga master with rare insight into the state of balance & imbalance; his students carry on his legacy.
