Non members must register. Doors open at 5:30am. Gate closes & locks at 5:55am. Meditation begins promptly at 6am. There are 2 x 25 minute rounds of sitting meditation, with a walking break in between. Please attend a Wednesday PM or Sunday AM intro session for prior instruction.
