Closing Retreat Meditation: SAT 6:30-8AM, 12/31
Registration required. Join zen center monks & students during their annual winter retreat for an open meditation session. Sessions include 25 minute rounds of sitting with 5 minute walking breaks in-between. Final morning includes a talk, and optional breakfast afterward!

About the Event
Join with detroit zen center monks & students in their annual winter retreat for one of the open meditation sessions. Â Sessions include 25 minute rounds of sitting with 5 minute walking breaks in-between. Â Gate closes and doors lock 5 minutes before start time. Â Please arrive 10 minutes early to park & get settled.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing without hats, tank tops or shorts. Â Please don't wear strongly scented body/hair products.
