About the Event
Beginners welcome. Participants stay full time at the Zen Center, and sleep dormitory style in the meditation hall. Organic, vegan meals are prepared and eaten together. Includes a daily schedule of meditation, meals, light work & meetings with the Abbot or Vice Abbot around zen practice.
