All Welcome to this public talk, held inside the meditation hall of the Zen Center.
SCHEDULE
6:30pm: Doors open
7pm: Meditation for 10 minutes, followed by talk
8pm: Tea & light snacks in the Cafe. Feel free to bring a dish or snack to share.
Vegetarian snacks or dish only please. Chairs and mats available. Shoes removed before entering the hall.
