About the Event
Join with detroit zen center monks & students in their annual winter retreat for one of the open meditation sessions. Sessions include 25 minute rounds of sitting with 5 minute walking breaks in-between. Gate closes and doors lock 5 minutes before start time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to park & get settled.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing without hats, tank tops or shorts. Please don't wear strongly scented body/hair products.
