About the Event

REQUIREMENT:

Before the retreat please attend a public meditation on Wednesday Evening or Sunday morning at the Zen Center.  There will be no time in the morning of the retreat for basic instruction or orientation since the retreat begins at 6am.  If you are unable to attend a public meditation (with instruction) beforehand, please do not register without contacting us for an exception.

Exceptions may be given, specifically for folks who live out of town, or have retreat experience at other centers.
