About the Event
Please arrive early. Gate opens at 9:30 am and closes at 10am with no entry afterward.
Wear comfortable clothing, with no perfumes, hats, strong cosmetics or shorts/tank tops, please.
Shoes are removed before entering the meditation hall. Meditation mats, kneeling benches, chairs are available.
Newcomers welcome! The morning consists of guided meditation, a dharma talk, then tea and dialogue in the cafe together.
