All Welcome! Down from the parking lot in the tree grove, weather permitting. Sitting meditation, followed by silent walking meditation. A Beautiful setting! Bring your own blanket & cushions.

About the Event

We start with sitting meditation at 9am, for about 20 minutes, then there is a talk and conversation/questions.  Then we take a silent meditation walk through the peaceful, rolling paths of elmwood.  All Welcome.  Please bring your own blanket and cushions or chair to sit on.  Free and open to the public.  Also on ZOOM (CLICK HERE).
