Sunday Morning Beginner's Session: July 11

An introduction to Zen & Meditation, as well as the Center.  All are welcome.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Wear loose fitting clothing without bright colors, or strongly scented cosmetics.  We offer floor seating, kneeling benches, and stools.   The session will include instruction, meditation, a talk & tea, and ends with informal time in the cafe.

Doors open 30 minutes early, and the session begins on time.  Please arrive no later than 8:45am, so you have enough time to park and get settled in the space early!  Look for the blue door on Casmere Street, at the corner of Mitchell.   (We have a student out front by 8:30 for Sunday morning.)
