Sunday Morning Beginner's Session: July 4

An introduction to Zen & Meditation, as well as the Center.  All are welcome.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Wear loose fitting clothing without bright colors, or strongly scented cosmetics.  We offer floor seating, kneeling benches, and stools.   The session will include instruction, meditation, a talk & tea, and ends with informal time in the cafe.

Doors open 20 minutes early, and the session begins on time.  Please arrive with enough time to park and get settled in the space at least 10 minutes early your first time.  Look for the blue door on Casmere Street, at the corner of Mitchell.   (We usually have a student out front before beginner sessions!)
