Sunday Zen Workshop: Meditation, Talk & Tea, 10-11:30am.

The morning, guided by a zen monk or dharma student, is held each Sunday.

Beginner's instruction is available at 9:45am sharp. Doors open at 9:30am with tea available downstairs in the cafe.

Gate closes with no entry after 10am.   All Welcome!

Schedule: 

9:30:  Doors open

9:45:  Beginners instruction 

10-11am:  Meditation, GratitudeCeremony, Dharma Talk

11-11:30:  Tea & Discussion in Cafe (optional)

Please wear comfortable clothing in subdued colors.  No fragrances, hats, shorts or tank tops.  We offer meditation mats, kneeling benches, and stools.   The session includes instruction, meditation, a talk & tea, and ends with discussion & tea together in the cafe with a guiding zen monk or student.  A  greeter will be out in front by 9:30am. Look for the blue door on Casmere Street, at the corner of Mitchell.
