About the Event
An introduction to Zen & Meditation, as well as the Center. Â All welcome. Â Please arrive by 6:45 pm. Â Doors are locked, and no entry after 6:50pm as we will be starting instruction.
Wear loose fitting clothing without bright colors, or strongly scented cosmetics. Â We offer floor seating, kneeling benches, and stools. Â Â The session will include instruction, meditation, then tea & conversation in the cafe.
Please arrive with enough time to park and get settled in the space at least 10 minutes early your first time. Â Look for the blue door on Casmere Street, at the corner of Mitchell. Â (We have a student out front before beginner sessions).
