Tuesday Intro to Zen. Beginners Welcome.

An introduction to Zen meditaiton study, practice & philosophy.  All welcome.  Please arrive by 6:45 pm.  No entrance after 6:55; we begin instruction at 7pm.

Wear loose fitting clothing without white or bright colors, or strongly scented cosmetics/body care products.  We offer floor seating, kneeling benches, and stools.   The session will include instruction, meditation, a Dharma Talk & tea, and ends with informal time in the cafe.

Please arrive with enough time to park and get settled in the space at least 10 minutes early your first time.  Look for the blue door on Casmere Street, at the corner of Mitchell.   (We usually have a student out front before beginner sessions to help you park & enter).  This evening is a perfect place to start for those interested in exploring zen study or meditation practice in general.
