A vegan, organic buffet, featuring the bounty of local farms.  Menu to include:

Mermaid Stew (french lentils, hand blended curry, mung beans & sunflower seeds)

Kale-Quinoa Salad with almond butter dressing

Roots & shiitake mushrooms from local farms with wild rice & a cashew dill sauce
