Wednesday Meditation: 7-8 PM
Doors open at 6:45. Prior attendance at a Sunday morning beginner session is required unless arrangements are made in advance. Meditation is from 7-7:30am, then a short gratitude memorial service, then a 2nd session of seated meditation.
