Weekend Retreat. January 24-26

 Beginners welcome.  Participants stay full time at the Zen Center, and sleep dormitory style in the meditation hall.  Organic, vegan meals are prepared and eaten together.  Includes a daily schedule of meditation, meals, light work & meetings with the Abbot or Vice Abbot around zen practice.

Retreats are device free, and all follow a daily schedule of meditation, meals, ample rest, simple tasks, and personal instruction with the teacher.  Interview required for anyone who has never done a retreat here before (please contact us).
