Evening Zen Meditation, Thur & Fri 7-8pm

Service Description

6:30 Doors open, tea available 6:55 Gate & Door shut, locked 7-7:05 Gratitude Ceremoney 7:05-8 Meditation (2 x 25 minute rounds with 5 minute walking in between) Please arrive early. Gate closes & locks at 6:55am. We request guests attend a public meditation (these include instruction) on Wed PM or Sun AM before coming for a silent meditation. No instruction or orientation is available during regular meditations.
