Morning Zen Meditation, 7-8am

Service Description

6:45: Doors open 6:55 Gate closes & Door locked 7:00 Gratitude Ceremony 7:05-8 Meditation (2 x 20 minute round with walking break inbetween) Please arrive early. Gate closes & locks at 7:05am. In the morning we are in practice session in the meditation hall until 6:55. Please wait downstairs in cafe & come upstairs by 7:10am if you arrive early. Bathroom available in cafe.
